1. Some activities are restricted for Below 12 age group.
2. For swimming, a costume is mandatory. If unavailable, you can hire it from reception.
3. Don’t let kids unattended at swimming pool.
4. All activities will be strictly performed under expert support team.
5. Availability of activity will be decided by trained experts.
6. Activities without safety equipment are strictly prohibited.
7. Medical issues if any should be discussed with the trainer prior to the activity.

(If rooms are available extra hours will be chargeable on a half-day room tariff basis )

• Please Note – Food, Alcohol, Soft drinks & mineral water are strictly not allowed from outside.

Cancellation Policy:

• The amount will be Non – Refundable.
• If in case, any emergency then the booking advance amount will be adjustable fully in the next booking within 2 Months (Depending on availability), if informed us 10 days prior to your booking dates.

If the booking is canceled on the same day of your booking date then the advance amount paid will neither be adjusted nor refunded.

Please Note: Cancellations on the same day as well as 2 days prior will not be accepted and full retention on the Advance amount will be applicable.
